CabinetWare Terms
Conditions:All sales are made solely on the terms and conditions as stated below. CabinetWare
does not accept any other terms or conditions of orders or sales unless agreed to in
writing and signed by an authorized corporate officer. Acceptance of, and or payment
for merchandise constitutes agreement of terms.
New Accounts:
A minimum $300.00 purchase is required to establish credit. Please allow 30 days
for processing of credit applications. Application for credit does not guarantee
that credit will be approved. Credit will only be considered for trade accounts where
frequent and repetitive purchases are probable. All purchases are C.O.D. while credit
is anticipated.
Terms:
Payment is due on the 10th day of the month following purchase. Accounts become past
due on the 15th of the month following purchase and are placed on C.O.D. A late charge
of 1½%(18% annually) will be assessed on all past due accounts. Buyer agrees to pay all
reasonable costs of collection including attorney fees. All orders are subject to approval
of our credit department. $35.00 will be assessed on checks returned unpaid from a bank
Possession of our catalog does not necessarily constitute permission to order or an
obligation to sell. CabinetWare reserves the right to change prices on merchandise
without notice.
Minimum Billing:
$35.00
Freight Policy:
Your order will ship via UPS ground unless your account is setup by CabinetWare
for delivery on our trucks. All orders placed before 4.00pm will be delivered FREE
the next business day if you are a trade customer holding a CabinetWare business
account ($35 minimum order value). All other orders will be shipped via UPS ground
at the customers cost according to the table shown on the 'Shipping' page.
Claims:
All goods damaged or lost in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. CabinetWare
will be pleased to furnish any information or assistance needed to establish a Buyer's claim against
the carrier. All cartons and packaging should not be discarded. All claims for shortage must
be made at the time of delivery. No claims will be accepted if goods have been altered or
changed from its original condition. Claims for shortage or damaged goods delivered on a
CabinetWare truck must be reported immediately or not later than two hours after delivery.
Special Order Items:
A prepayment is required on special order items. A special order cannot be canceled or returned. br>
All non-stock / special order items are NON-REFUNDABLE
Credits & Returned Goods:
No merchandise may be returned without authorization from CabinetWare, Inc. Unauthorized
returns will be refused. All returns are subject to a 15% handling charge
and must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.

No merchandise will be accepted for credit beyond 30 days from purchase. Merchandise must be resalable and in original packing.
Do not deduct from remittance. Credit will be issued after returned merchandise is inspected
and counted by CabinetWare. Credit memos may only be applied toward the purchase of merchandise.
Credit memos not used within six months of issue date will be voided. Special order merchandise
cannot be returned or canceled as noted above. UPS returns will not be accepted without a Return
Goods Authorization form completed and returned with the merchandise.
